My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was not the best, being next to a construction site and in a declining area. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when moving us to a new room. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue, with dirt and hairs found everywhere, making it uncomfortable.

The rooms were disappointing with little black hairs on the bed and towels and lacking some anticipated amenities; however, the staff was helpful in moving us to a new room. The service was the best part of the stay, very nice and friendly at regular check-out time. The location was not the best, but close to the highway. The dining experience was acceptable but limited, and the hotel facilities met basic standards.
